We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to lead brand activation, coordinate events, analyse market trends, and support wholesale marketing initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Implement the marketing activation strategies provided by the head of entity to drive brand awareness and product visibility.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and activations, including product launches, demos, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, including ROI analysis and key performance metrics to be provided to the head of entity.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing activation and event management.
• Proven experience in marketing activation for brands, event management, or related roles.
• Collect data about target demographics and analyse market trends to improve a company's marketing efforts.
• Track sales data and work with marketing teams to achieve marketing goals.
• Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
• Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree holder in business administration, marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in wholesale market.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Must possess Qatar Driving license.
• Proficiency in sales report generation of the wholesale division.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
