We are hiring a Baker with 5+ years of experience to prepare quality bakery products and maintain food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other items from scratch or as per standard recipes.
• Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery products.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and equipment performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
• Manage ingredient inventory and request supplies as needed.
• Minimize waste through proper portioning and storage.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist in developing new bakery products when required.
Qualifications:
• Male candidate (as per operational requirements).
• Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience.
• Skilled in baking from scratch and following standard recipes.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Culinary or baking diploma/certification preferred.
• Age not more than 40 years old.
• Candidates may be asked to complete a practical baking test.
