The fifth edition of the Katara International Arabian Horse Festival (KIAHF) has officially begun at the Katara Cultural Village, marking another milestone in Qatar's equestrian legacy. Organized by Katara in collaboration with the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (QREC) and the Qatar Equestrian Federation (QEF), the festival will run from January 29 to February 8. This year's event features three main highlights: the Al Jazira Horse Championship from January 29 to February 1, the Horse Auction on February 3, and the Arabian Peninsula Horse Show from February 5 to 8. As one of the largest equestrian sporting events hosted annually at Katara, the festival aims to celebrate and enhance Qatar's rich heritage in equestrian sports, attracting enthusiasts and competitors from around the globe.
