Qualifications & Experience
•    Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, and B.Ed. (Mandatory)
•    Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the academic field
Key Responsibilities
•    Supervise and support curriculum planning and implementation
•    Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
•    Mentor and guide teachers to enhance instructional effectiveness
•    Monitor student achievement and academic performance
•    Prepare academic reports and maintain educational documentation
•    Analyze academic data to support informed decision-making
•    Promote educational best practices and continuous improvement
•    Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment
