We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bus Station Supervisor to oversee day-to-day station operations. The Bus Station Supervisor will be reporting to Depot Manager, and responsible for overseeing a team of 12-14 staff divided into two shifts. The duties will include ensuring the efficient and safe movement of buses through the bus station, monitoring bus schedules and coordinate with depot management for necessary adjustments, handling passenger inquiries and complaints including those related to driver performance, maintain a clean and safe environment within the bus station.
Minimum Required Qualifications, Certificates & Skills
•    Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation operations, customer service, or team supervision, preferably within bus or rail operations.
•    Certified Transportation Manager (CTM), Customer Service Certification (CSC), or equivalent qualifications are an added advantage.
•    Strong team management and leadership abilities
•    Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
•    Sound knowledge of operational management, logistics, and transit coordination
