Minimum Required Qualifications, Certificates & Skills
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•    5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
•    Minimum 2+ years in a senior or leadership role, with expertise in agile development, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
•    Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
•    Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.
•    Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering principles.
•    Proven leadership abilities with experience in mentoring, team coordination, and technical decision-making.
