Qatar Museums has unveiled "Infinity Love," a stainless-steel sculpture that uses Arabic calligraphy. This new public artwork celebrates Her Highness Sheikha Moza's 25 years of dedication to supporting people with mental disabilities. Created by Qatari artist Bashayer Al-Badr, the sculpture is displayed at the Al Shafallah Centre for Persons with Disabilities. His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, presided over the unveiling ceremony. Al-Badr, known for her innovative use of Arabic calligraphy in sculpture since 2016, has rendered the characters of "Infinity Love" in a unique, handwritten-inspired style. The piece cleverly links the Arabic letters for "love" (ح haa) and (ب baa) to form an infinity symbol, symbolizing both eternal connection and unity. This artwork not only honors Sheikha Moza’s humanitarian efforts but also shows Qatar's diverse and united spirit.
