Katara Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) has inaugurated the “From Letter to Color” exhibition, featuring 39 artworks created by students of the Fine Arts Program at Qatar University’s College of Arts and Sciences. This marks the program’s first major showcase. The exhibition highlights the journey of young artists as they move from Arabic calligraphy to creative use of color and visual experimentation. Their works combine heritage and innovation, reflecting influences from Arab and Islamic traditions, the Qatari environment, and miniature art. Running until August 28, the exhibition offers the public a chance to connect with emerging talents and experience the depth of cultural and artistic expression in Qatar.
