The Ministry of Labour in Qatar has unveiled a new AI-powered platform called 'Ouqoul' to bridge the gap between university graduates and private sector employers. Developed in collaboration with Google Cloud and Mannai InfoTech, 'Ouqoul' offers a comprehensive suite of services, including resume building, job matching, skill development, and career guidance. By leveraging AI, the platform aims to streamline the recruitment process, enhance job seeker employability, and support Qatar's economic growth. The initiative aligns with the Qatar National Vision 2030 and complements the ministry's existing efforts to promote national employment.
